Airtel is rebuilding relationship with their Fixed Line Broadband customersIt looks like AirTel wants to bring back all its customers who have discontinued AirTel fixed line and broadband service.

In an open letter AirTel is inviting all its previous customers who left and cites they want to erase the concerns that caused to leave AirTel.




The letter also quote that they have now designed various attractive offers especially for customers who left AirTel Fixed and Broadband services.

If you are one among them call the toll free no.18001025600 between 8 am to 8 pm or you can mail them at airtelpresence@in.airtel.com keeping the subject line “We Miss You” and avail the special benefits .

This exclusive limited period offer is valid for next 15 days only.

Can these kind of rebuilding measures will help Airtel to bring back its old customers do share your views via comments.
