today from my Aircel number i called isd number to africa n i was charged 28paise/sec or 16 rs/min rate but other operator mts charges 15paise, n big operator like airtel, vodafone,reliance,idea, mtnl charges at 9.20paise/min

I have 2 airtel prepaid sim,2airtel landline and 1 broadband connection.i have not faced any of the above said problems exept the activation of value added services without my permission.this amount was refunded to me when i complained.

THE TELECOM AND TELEVISION PRODUCTS OF AIRTEL ARE VERY POOR FOR EXAMPLE 1. AIRTEL SIM CARD PROBLEMS – POOR CONNECTIVITY, CALL BARRING, OUTGOING SMS PROBLEM, INTERNET CONNECTION PROBLEM FOR PC,CONGESTION PROBLEM, NO NETWORK 2.AIRTEL LANDLINES- FREQUENT DISCONNECTION, IMPROPER BILLING, UNAUTHORISED CHARGES
3.AIRTEL BROADBAND- VERY POOR CONNECTIVITY, SERVER ERRORS ETC
