AIRCEL UNVEILS ONE PAISA ONE SECOND PLAN FOR ORISSAAfter the successful launch of PAY PER SECOND CALLING PLAN in Kolkata, Aircel has extended the same  plan to Orissa Telecom circle. Now AIRCEL’s prepaid mobile subscribers can enjoy  “Pay per second” or “Pay for What You Use” (1 paisa/second) in Orissa.

With Aircel “Pay Per Second Plan” new customers will be charged for 1 paisa for one second on LOCAL calls to any network and STD calling (up to first 30,000 seconds after that charges would be 2 paisa per second) to any network across India.




Existing Aircel customers can activate the plan by calling 121 from their Aircel mobile without any extra cost.

Aircel Prepaid Tariff Details:

Starter Kit (includes Lifetime Validity SIM) – costs Rs 49/- and comes with Rs zero talk time .

Customers can have inbuilt “Pay per Second” plan, i.e. 1 paisa per sec plan free of cost. All Local Calls – 1p/second (any network-any time)

All STD calls – 1p/second (for first 30,000 second {i.e.500 Minutes} beyond which the charges would be 2 p/second in that month).

ISD will also be charged at per second Pulse offering subscribers a huge bonanza where in they can make calls to Australia, Canada, South East Asia, UK and US at only 11paise@1 second.

International – Rs 5
