Unable to use internet in a ICR network in India is normal. Even in docomo and reliance GSM (both in Tamilnadu), you cannot use the internet when it is logged into the Aircel network.

Even in Idea Tamilnadu, internet does not work when it is logged into the Vodafone ICR network.

Yes. The operators must enable data in ICR.

    To Aircel Tamilnadu :

Please launch 2 way full fledged* prepaid international roaming in all the countries.

For example : There is no roaming in the Gulf countries like Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.

    * means – The subscriber must be able to make outgoing calls anywhere in the world, receive incoming calls, send and receive SMS, enjoy data facilities in any type of network (like 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G), able to make video calls if 3G network is available.
