hiii…i m facing network problem in sector 43 A (indoor) with this its very hard to use internet !!! NO SIGNAL at all,Is aircel getting its own network or not ???? i got postpaid connection and complaints lots of time but no revert..

I dont face any problem with Idea,Vodafone. but with Airtel i am definitely facing a lot of network problem and no signals at all in my place i have been complaining for 6 years but till now no resolution. but Airtel is good at 99% of the places in every luke and corner in the case of Aircel,docomo,uninor it is not the case

always good service are costly. we can get cheap products in Saravana stores in chennai. but we cannot give the guarantee for it. ultimately we have to give more for that product. so we have to pay for the good service. it is worldwide theory.Aircel has more customers than airtel in TN. but in revenue wise Airtel has 2.5 times more revenue than aircel. aircel has always good offer on recharge. but for business purpose people like airtel only.they dont like dialing again again for a connection.

Aircel has sold its Network Infra (Existing towers) to GTL. This doesn’t mean that the Electronics deployed on those towers will be removed. They are simply now using GTL’s towers (As a tenancy). Additionally, Aircel has network sharing with many operators such as Datacom, DoCoMo etc. Additional Capex for network expansion I’m sure they will deploy wherever GTL or Network Sharing will not be possible.

what is use if i am always in not reachable area. here in TN aircel coverage is great. but docomo uninor videocon and idea are not have enough towers.Idea and videocon dont have network in OOTY. what is the use of it even if they provide 24 hrs free service.nothing will come free. calculate a tower expenses.Airtel has for every 3 km in rural tn.becoz of this only it covered whole TN eventhough it operates in 1800MHz.i am using airtel and aircel and i never faced any problem with airtel. but aircel it is always network congestion and now it reduced but once or twice in a month i will face problem with aircel. Aircel bsnl and vodafone are covered to that extent. they operates in 900 MHz. docomo and other new operators never cover to that extent regarding the coverage. even tata indicom and rcom cdma covered only financially viable towns only. you should argue by sitting under a tower. i am from rural place and it is financially good area. but it is not possible to survive more than 4 operators in rural area and it will apply for whole india

Raghu i’ve used AirTel, Vodafone and Idea and i Thrown These Sim cards into Dust bin because of Worst Value added services, Customer Care, Charges and Billing. What is Of Use if Idea AirTel and Vodafone Having Good Coverage and Bad offers?

Mr GS using tower is not related to getting signs on your phone. If u search manually on your phone u will get all the networks available in your area. docomo is also rented from tata quippo. they are separate companies.

Arjun if u want then pls vist indus towers, quippo,gtl towers respective web sites. ter you find aircel in partners list. offcourse idea airtel n vodafone have started indus company but they allow other operators to use ter infracture on rent basis. Near my place 6 years back airtel set up one tower n later vodafone put up its equipments. now aircel idea vodafone airtel and reliance Gsm are using the same tower whic was built by airtel. So wat you say for this? Aircel has commenced its operations in karnataka since two years and this tower is present from 6 years

No Arjun U r again wrong in some way. yes they are started to build the network in small way. but they are using Airtel tower in TN(INDUS). Airtel shared tower with the Aircel (which is now GTLinfra). these are in remote places only.

BSNL IS SHARING AIRCEL TOWERS TO EXPAND IT’S INFRASTRUCTURE AND HELPS AIRCEL TO ROLL OUT GSM SERVICE WITH LOWEST COST AND AIRCEL IS ALSO SHARING BSNL TOWERS TO EXPAND IT’S FOOTPRINT. IF THESE OPERATORS CONTINUE FOR TOWER SHARING FOR LONG TIME THEN IT’S SURE AIRTEL AND IDEA WILL BE KICKED OUT OF MARKET.

I’ve Met Aircel Technicians Who are building Their own towers. Of course you are right Aircel is Sharing Bsnl towers but not AirTel and Tata Teleservices towers

Docomo is better than aircel.aircel gprs is very slow.aircel provides 10000 local/std sms with 45 stv.but docomo gives 9000 local/national sms with 30 stv.docomos mis call alert service is free but aircel paid a month rent of 15 rs.docomo’s custemer care calls are free but aircel paid 50 paisa for 3 minute.

they may introduce customer centric offers but they are no where in network in AP. they have to improve their network first of all and then introduce such offers. when compared to Aircel in GPRS . Airtel is providing GPRS at good speed
