IS AIRCEL ACTUALLY CHARGING 2P/S FOR STD BEYOND 30000 SECS I.E. 500 MINS IN PREPAID RATE CUTTERS ?
ACTUALLY THEIR WEBSITE MENTIONED THAT 2P/S BEYOND 500 MINS IN A MONTH
IF IT IS TRUE THEN AIRCEL IS THE FIRST OPERATOR CHARGING 2P/S .

then it needs to be flashed, but you can not do that at your home, the process requires some special type of cable and also an exclusive software which will be available at any reputed mobile repair shop, go there and get it done, don’t worry too much, it’s very simple, it won’t cost you more than 200 bucks.

TRAI and DOT has vision less team . They could not be able to think about MNP long back and they should have provisioned TWO DIGITS parity in the mobile number which should indicate the service provider identification.

The two digit parity may be prefix or suffix to the mobile number which is must to complete the dial.

After MNP, it is very tough job to identify the service provider of the number we are going to dial.

Much better in U.P. East. Recharge with Rs.175 and get the benefit of unlimited calling for 30 days without any FUP. One can recharge with Rs.498 and get unlimited calling for 3 months and 6 GB Internet browsing, unlimited SMS to Aircel numbers, 1paisa/2second to other numbers i.e. 30p/min and also get Rs. 100 talktime. Effective cost of the tariff just Rs.398 for three months.
