Aircel, the pan-India GSM mobile service operator today announced an initiative to offer maximum benefit to its subscribers. With the new ‘RC16’, over 9.5 lakhs Aircel subscribers in the Mumbai circle will get 100% Talktime value on every top-up recharge.
As part of the offer, all Aircel prepaid customers can avail ‘RC16’ benefits by simply doing a recharge of Rs. 16. It will allow the user to enjoy full talk time for all the subsequent recharges of Rs. 30 and above, for a period of 30 days.This is for the first time in Mumbai circle, that mobile consumers will get 100% Talk time on every small value top-up or recharge voucher, without being charged for administration charges or service tax.
Aircel recharge vouchers of the denominations – Rs. 30, 50, 100 and 150 will offer full talk time, subsequent to RC16.

Aircel Delhi is giving 4.5 Rs talk-time, if you recharge with Rs. 5 valid for a day. and you aren’t need to recharge like RC16.

this plan is not worth as consumer need to do a recharge of 16 rs first then he can get full talk time BUT for a average user he recharge for 100and he gets 100 but he spend 16 rs on full Talk time recharge
=> he gets only 84 rs net while without coupon he gets 89
thus this plan is bogus

Even Videocon is offering FTT to new customer for 30 days. This is step taken for existing customers, But this will not increase any revenue of Aircel, indeed they will loose out on this!!
