Aircel should focus more on customer service rather than this meaningless rubbish. They have recently shut down service without adequate warning in a city and left subscribers stranded. Before that, they refused to port out a friend under false pretenses. Poor coverage, lack of good service… the list goes on. I’ll be happy the day Aircel shuts down for good.

I’m from mumbai and have an excellence network and plans with aircel. I feel bad for those aircel customers who are getting their areas disconnected.
What airtel and vodafone are doing is killing the competition and turning the circles into a monopoly.
Thumbs up to those areas which have the option to use aircel.
samiran January 3, 2013 at 6:11 pm
Providing service in very chip but Aircel need to improve network quality. In my place its true for GPRS not any other operator availability in chip rate.Aircel romaing GPRS in home rate is the best.
It’s good for surfing and downloading average speed upto 160kbps.I also test more than 31 hr continue service without any problem.

Aircel is mostly faltu operator ,in kolkata area there service is going down
there Tm level person are showing ego with retailer . wt you can expect if
it going on then were is customer value be reached? port out from aircel
to other operator, the Aircel fuking company charging wrongly from main ac
balance to activating pocket store service. There network are worsted in now
a days. im there loyal customer since 5 year ,but they are now activating
any service with out customer confirmation.really hate Aircel
spiderman January 3, 2013 at 3:22 pm
Same issue happened with me too..
I guess they are trying to make some quick bucks by activating VAS services !
Money will be refunded to those who complains.. There will be lots of people, who were not aware of this balance deduction and some come to know won’t give attention to it.
So all these profits 30 Rs/ SIM going to their pockets
James January 3, 2013 at 11:49 am
Aircel switched off all towers in Kerala. So there is no use with offers.
shanu January 3, 2013 at 11:46 am

AP January 3, 2013 at 6:38 pm
That is because they have shut services without warning. You need to port out now.
SDee January 3, 2013 at 11:45 am
nice pack……..but do users also need a DATA PACK also or only subscribing to the above pack will give access to music content on WAP..?
Ravi January 3, 2013 at 11:37 am
There is no Aircel network in our area for the past six days. Our area is Jaripatka in Nagpur Maharashtra. The pincode is 440014. Mails sent to company, spoke to call centre but word on the availability. Pity.

Aircel is Not Shutting off It’s Services in Pan India, Company is Just Switching off It’s Towers in Towns, Where They were not Profitable, So That’s why You People are Feeling That Aircel is Shutting Down, Aircel Is Revamping Their Business Model to Endeavour It’s Customers
James January 3, 2013 at 1:07 pm
May be. They are here for business, not for helping us.
Kaushik Roy January 3, 2013 at 5:32 pm
whats the difference between shutting off and switching off ?
If it switching off in non-profit areas then what will happen to people of profit areas who visited these non-profit areas ?
Arjun Chandrashekar January 4, 2013 at 12:19 pm
I Don’t Know Regarding This,
man January 4, 2013 at 1:57 pm
in Kerala circle what they are doing?
They haven’t announced scaling down or shutting down or nothing !
But still simply Turning off the towers, disabling all recharges including topup, freezing USSD codes, closing outlets & if we contact them they will tell we are changing the Business model and asking us to port out.
will any provider do like this, if they wish to continue in this circle??
I’ve had activated 3G data packs on this number and now I am not even getting 2G signal from Aircel. I was using Aircel for the past 4 years
Jagannath January 3, 2013 at 11:25 am
Wow. That’s a professional movement by aircel. I love it.
spiderman January 3, 2013 at 12:58 pm
Switching off the tower movement u felt as professional ?
I live in a City, Now 1 bar signal in my phone..Damn Aircel !
Jagannath January 3, 2013 at 3:58 pm
Dear Spiderman don’t just jump yar. I only say the srvice they introduce to us is great. I am a International song lover and I always want a new song in every week. So where is wrong dear? Comment on the point. The declairation is on Aircel’s latest offer, not on network problem and do so etc etc…
