India’s most fastest rising operator AIRCEL is offering 7 days free pocket internet with all FR’s (first recharge on new activation) thus giving users privilege of experiencing 7 days of Unlimited Internet on Mobile/Computer.
Aircel is calling it as a free sampling program wherein they are encouraging subscribers by giving them a chance to be familiar with their signature PI product absolutely free.
Also posing it as a great customer proposition and certainly “One Up” against competition to help them in continuing their supremacy in data space.
Following are the Terms associated with the same.

·Applicable in Mumbai , Maharashtra & Goa.

·Pocket Internet services will be deactivated post 7 days

in orissa aircel is average.if u look at the call plans it is not bad.they try to compete with docomo amd imitate thier plans.network coverage is average.but i will be very critical of their gprs service.i mostly live at 2 places in orissa,cuttack and kansbahal.at cuttack i use docomo gprs and it is best for ur money.my prob arises when i m at kansbahal there i dont get any other signal except aircel so i m forced to use aircel. and their gprs service has lots of problems like fluctuating speed with very slow speed at day time.frequent disconnections and then losing ur gprs signal for some hours and so on so i think they should change their unlimited PI service to a limited plan like docomo but provide good service.for now i hav stopped using their gprs service.

Does Applications like Fring and Nimbuzz works with Aircel Pocket Internet or are these plans only for browsing. I am asking this because with Vodafone, applications works only with costly plans like 200/pm

the PI service is not up to the mark in orissa.it has a problem of self disconnection every 5 to 10 min wit error packet data connection closed by network and its speed now is horrible.a 48 recharge was introduced in orissa few months back with A-A calls1p/4s and other mobile 1p/2s and PI FOR 1 month.but the PI service was extremely slow.

not so good,because airtel alredy provides free one month (internet+hellotune+daily free 200 sms)with new friends card .which is available here only at 15 rs.
