Aircel India’s fifth largest GSM mobile service provider today announced that it has been honored with National Telecom Award 2009 for Excellence in Marketing of New Telecom Service.The Award was presented to Aircel by the Hon’ble Minister of State Communications and IT, Mr. Gurudas Kamat.

I am an Aircell subscriber. Aircell teriff rates are encouraging no doubt but I am sorry to mention that their( Dishnet wireless Limited) ‘ Customer Care service” status is almost ZERO.

. YES THIS IS WITH MTS IT HAS LAUNCHED THIS IN WEST BENGAL AND I HOPE IT WILL LAUNCH THE SAME IN MAHARASHTRA. AND ALSO WITH RECHARGE OF 39/- YOU GET ALL CALLS AT 30 PS PER MIN. THIS IS CALLED BENIFIT. I WUD TAKE A CDMA HANDSET OF MTS FOR SUCH A WONDERFULL TARIFF/OFFER
Its nice for hyadrabad that Aircel is offering 2000 local/national sms for 75/-
out here in maharashtra i get only 400 local/national for 39/-
and regarding what u said about advance rental plan WHAT ABOUT ADVANCE RENTAL OF 499/- AND U GET 10,000,00 MINS FOR LIFE TIME

SHOEB yes in HYDERABAD Aircel Offers 2000 LOCAL / NATIONAL sms for Rs 75 only.
If you use all national… thats benefits of Rs 4000 for Rs 75 only.
Also their ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN is too good – pay Rs 2222 (6 months validity – effective rate of Rs 370/month with FREE CLI) and one get 1200 MINUTES TO ANY MOBILE FREE per month … benefits of Rs 480 per month (40p *1200 min).

Probably Aircel would hav to provide a Rate cutter for cutting the call rate of Only the first miniute to 60 paise.. that wud help it sum what.. might be for around 19 rs wud be nice
