i unable communicate aircel customer care 9842012345 or 121 both numbers was called but recorded voice said 198. This 198 number is not working. I am past 10 years customer but there is no response. I am shame on aircel customer being, please rectify the problem as soon as possible. There is a problem thats why post this comments

it is a business number to give your customers, put on your board, listings and such. if you do not want to pay for expensive landline and/or pbx this is much less expensive, and you look more professional

I dont think so… Because people used to call mobile number to catch the particular person immediately without the need to call receptionist and hear the HOLD tune before the boss attends the call..
Nobody will be ready to wait and hear the so called “WELCOME MESSAGE” before the particular person attending the call… For landline, that is understandable.. But it a NO NO for mobile phone service…
